Ideal Caretakers International crosses 1,200 deployed personnel
A note of thanks to the clients and the field supervisors who got us here — and what we are changing as we scale.
This quarter we crossed twelve hundred people deployed across eighty-five client sites in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune. It is a number worth marking, and worth being careful about.
Scale is the enemy of the thing that got us here — a supervisor who knows every person on their site by name. So alongside the growth we are capping supervisor spans at forty personnel, moving attendance fully biometric across all sites, and publishing a client-facing monthly report that we previously only produced on request.
Our thanks to every facility manager who gave us a chance on a small contract and then a larger one.
