Housekeeping only becomes visible when it fails. Our answer is a published schedule and a signed checklist — hourly washroom rounds, zone-wise daily cleaning, weekly glass and upholstery, quarterly deep clean — so performance is a document rather than an opinion.
We use graded chemicals with MSDS on file, colour-coded microfibre to prevent cross-contamination, and machine-assisted cleaning for large floor plates.
