How we staff a site
We begin with a headcount study — footfall, shift pattern, peak windows, statutory ratios. From that we build a deployment chart, name the supervisor who owns it, and agree the escalation path before a single person reports. Attendance is biometric, payroll is processed in-house, and you receive a monthly compliance pack with challans attached.
