We staff sites from six personnel upwards. Below that the supervision ratio stops making commercial sense for either side, and we will usually say so rather than take the contract.
A standard deployment of up to forty personnel takes ten to fourteen working days from a signed order — that covers screening, police verification, induction and uniform issue. Emergency takeovers of an existing contract can be done in seventy-two hours.
Ours, entirely. ICI is the principal employer for every deployed person. EPF, ESIC, bonus, gratuity and statutory leave are our responsibility, and you receive the challans monthly as proof.
