Ideal Caretakers International was founded in Mumbai in 1992 with a narrow premise: that corporate hospitality fails for operational reasons, not culinary ones. The food is rarely the problem. The problem is the cook who did not report, the license nobody renewed, the supervisor who reports to no one.

We built the company around that gap. Today we deploy over twelve hundred trained personnel across eighty-five sites in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune and Goa — running canteens and cafeterias, caretaking corporate guest houses, Back office staffs, and supplying supervised hospitality manpower on long-term contract.

How we work

Every contract starts with a study rather than a quotation. We look at headcount, shift pattern, peak windows and statutory ratios, then propose a deployment we can actually staff — including the standby bench that absence makes necessary. We would rather lose a tender on price than win it on a number we cannot serve.

Compliance is not a department

ICI is the principal employer for every person we deploy. EPF, ESIC, bonus and minimum-wage compliance sit with us, and every client receives a monthly pack with challans attached, due by the tenth, whether or not they ask for it.

What we will not do

We do not take sites we cannot supervise within a reasonable travel radius, we do not quote a headcount below the statutory ratio to win on price, and we do not subcontract deployed personnel to a third party. These have cost us work. They are also the reason clients stay.
