We hire continuously across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Bhiwandi and Pune. Every position is on the ICI payroll — EPF, ESIC, bonus and gratuity from day one, salary credited by the seventh of every month without exception.
Roles we recruit for
Cooks and assistant cooks (North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, tandoor), stewards and service staff, housekeeping attendants, pantry attendants and baristas, guest house caretakers, shift supervisors, and facility managers.
What we ask for
Verifiable identity and address for police verification, a willingness to be trained on our service standards, and the reliability to report on shift. Prior hotel or institutional experience helps but we induct freshers into most floor roles.
